Fundraiser Information
Each year many parents have questions or express concerns regarding our club fundraising. Here is some basic fundraising information: Why do we have fundraisers? The NPGC sponsors fundraising events each year to keep our tuition fees lower than other clubs in our area. We are a non-profit organization and use our fundraising profits to purchase equipment and for building improvements which directly benefit our gymnasts.Who is required to participate? Each gymnast is required to participate in ONE fundraiser per year. The fall fundraiser is mandatory. This year we will have one fundraiser in each fall, winter and spring sessions.What must I do to participate? The fall fundraiser is raffle tickets.The Beginner through Team gymnasts are asked to sell a minimum of $150 in tickets. Typically, the winter fundraiser is frozen foods and the spring fundraiser is frozen pizzas.What is a fundraiser buy-out? If you choose not to participate in a fundraiser, you may "buy-out" of the fundraiser. The buy out amount for Beginner through Team gymnasts is $150.What if I have more than one gymnast? If you have more than one gymnast in your family then your family obligation is based on the highest level of your gymnast.What happens if I do not participate? Families not participating in at least one of the fundraising events during the year will be invoiced the applicable "buy-out" fee and will not be allowed to register for the next session until the "buy-out" fee has been paid in full.How do I get fundraiser information? Fundraiser information is available at all session registrations and is also available in the gym office.What if I have additional questions?
